They connect up to eight devices to one slot in your server; support speeds up to 230 Kbps with less than 1% CPU load. They feature built-in RJ-11 connectors right on the board, 15, 000 volts multistrike surge protection on every pin of every port. SST Retail Point-of-Sale Boards also include partial modem control on all ports: TXD, RXD, DCD, CTS, DTR (or RTS), EquiView Plus management software, as well as SSDIAG for Unix and they are available for ISA and PCI platforms and are plug-&-play ready.
